Julia Trant brings a diverse legal background to the firm. In 1996, Julia graduated from the South-West University of Bulgaria with a Master’s Degree in Law.  In 1997, she was appointed to the Blagoevgrad District Court as a junior judge, and in 1997, she was promoted to a regional judge.  As a judge, Julia presided over criminal cases. In 2003, Julia immigrated to the United States.  To resume her legal career in the U.S., she first enrolled to and graduated from a paralegal school. In 2011, Julia graduated from the University of La Verne College of Law, California.  Before moving to Tennessee in 2016, in California, Julia was involved predominantly with state and federal civil litigation. Since passing the Tennessee Bar in 2017 Julia has developed a very active practice including criminal defense, appeals, post conviction work, and civil litigation. She has been highly commended for her legal writing skills.  In addition to English, Julia is also proficient in Bulgarian and Russian.
